The house, tastefully renovated with comfort in mind, is spread over two floors. The ground floor features a spacious dining area with an open kitchen, a fireplace, and a large glass wall that fully opens onto the garden, blending indoor and outdoor living in summer. Outside, a shaded gazebo offers the perfect spot for al fresco dining.

Also on the ground floor are a large living room with a TV and a bathroom with a shower, both furnished with elegant 1950s–60s design pieces.

A metal staircase leads to the upper floor, where there are two double bedrooms, a single bedroom with an additional pull-out bed, and a large bathroom with a bathtub. All bedrooms have air conditioning.

The beautiful, fully fenced private park and the pool, surrounded by nature, provide ideal spaces to relax and enjoy a peaceful holiday. The pool area, framed by a tall bamboo grove with an exotic feel, is reached through the garden and offers both sunny lounges and shaded areas.
